Kate Leonard LMT,CEMT,CTYMT
Kate is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Master Level Certified Ashiatsu Practitioner, Certified Equine Massage Therapist and Certified Thai Yoga Massage Therapist. Kate specializes in therapeutic massage techniques. Her practice ranges from relaxing efflaurage and petrissage to deep tissue therapies including Ashiatsu (what's Ashiatu?), myofascial techniques, manual lymph drainage and thai yoga massage. While studying at The Pennsylvania School for Muscle Therapy, Kate completed an internship with the Villanova baseball team. She has also spent time training under "Mukti" Michael Buck, in the art of Vedic Thai Massage and Bodywork. Kate studied at Equassage in Virginia to obtain her certifications in equine and canine sports and rehabilitation massage.
Greame Hansell, LMT
Graeme graduated from Cortiva Institute as a Licensed Massage Therapist. After graduation, Graeme studied myofacial techniques derived from Hellerwork under Howard Rontal. He has also completed specialized continuing education allowing to locate areas of muscle dysfunction by utilizing cross fiber friction and locating strokes. Graemes technique incorporates a lot of cross fiber strokes and myofacial work into his massage. In his free time Graeme likes to work out and play the guitar.
Dana Hurley, LMT
Dana is a Licensed Massage Therapist and is certified in Craniosacral Fascial Therapy. Dana approaches each massage for a therapeutic and holistic standpoint. She enjoys mixing different modalities including Myofascial Release to best benefit the clients heal. She took Dr. Barry Gillespie's seminar on Craniaosacral Fascial Therapy which gave her a better understanding of Myofascial work. She enjoys learning and plans on continuing her education. In her free time Dana enjoys painting, horseback riding and cross-fitting.
Amber Ballantyne, LMT
Amber is an integrative massage therapist and member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals. She earned her B.A. at West Chester University studying Health Sciences and continued her education at Cortiva Institute to obtain her Massage therapy license. Amber developed a passion for natural approaches to healthcare when studying alternative & complementary medicine. She specializes in preventative and corrective bodywork, incorporating movement, stretching, and other manual therapy modalities. Her work aims to create space in the body by increasing circulation, unwinding tension, and restoring balance to the entire body.
Lynn Rossiter, CHC
Lynn is a graduate of the institue for integrative Nutrition in New York City and the owner of Back to the Garden. As a Certified Health Coach, she supports people who are actively seeking creative, healthy, abundant and productive lives, but feel stuck, afraid or unsure what the next steps would beto move from their existing life to the life they are seeking. She helps her clients create a positive relationship with food and to see food as the earth's nourishing gift to us that can me a source of pleasure and community. Through their work together, Lynn's clients transfrom their lives into one they are truly excited about and can't wait to live. Lynn is a member of the Internation Association for Health Coaches and the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
